Its certainly something I wanted to try for a long time now. There has been many requests for this on the list, but I'm not aware of anyone who has it actually working.
Major problem is finding decent SAN solution with unix semantics. GFS was supposed to be The Thing, but now, without available source, I'm not so sure. OpenGFS is nowhere close to be usable. Polyserve is bit too expensive. Veritas is just a ripoff :) -alex
