Well, I'm using cyrus-imapd-2.1.3 with cyrus-sasl-2.1.1 so I don't know exactly what configuration you need. Anyway, why do you try to run installsieve? If you installed via RPM everything should be set up by the package and you should just be able to use sieveshell, or am I wrong here?
