Both your messages to cyrus-bugs were replied to. In fact, the first one was replied to within 12 hours and the second within 10 minutes.
Second, unless you are dropping most of the messages from this list too, you'll also see that there are a number of people that have this working. Third, this is provided as a volunteer effort in that we aren't being paid to make it work for everyone else; we're only paid to make it work for CMU. It would be really nice if those people making money or saving money by using Cyrus would donate money to the university to help support this effort but so far the only money we've received was when we had a more restrictive license.
