What's the "Return-Path" header indicate? If Return-Path isn't right, vacation won't work either, since the vacation message will attempt to go to the Return-Path.
If Return-Path isn't right, then it's almost certainly your MTA rewriting the return-path to something bogus and there's nothing we can do since it's destroying information we need. Larry
