How can I realize this with cyrus?
Configure the MTA to hand incoming mail over to procmail and instruct procmail to give it to cyrus' deliver program after filtering it, via some :0 w :$LOGNAME.deliverlock | /usr/cyrus/bin/deliver -e -a $LOGNAME $LOGNAME as fallthrough/last recipe in the appropriate procmail rc files.
