There is documentation in the doc/ subdirectory of the distribution that discusses setting this up, but basically it comes down to: 1. Compiling Cyrus with OpenSSL 2. Create a new key/cert using the "openssl" utility. 3. Set tls_cert_file and tls_key_file appropriately. See install-configure.html for more info.
