2.1.0... recommended patches?

I have a group that needs an IMAP server and requires the altnamespace functionality in a production environment. I assume that version 2.1.0 would be recommended, but I thought I remembered seeing some issues with it pop up on the list, and now I can't find them. Are there, in fact, any known issues with version 2.1.0? If so, are patches available, and where might I find them?
