thnx a lot. Maybe someone else on this list knows further details. Net::LTMP cannot deal with unix-sockets which is not a problem, cause I just start lmtpd to listen on tcp-sockets as well. All my examples were with tcp-sockets. I can always turn off auth using 'lmtpd -a', so I'm not doomed here, but I would prefer to use auth anyway.
