Dear Matt

Attached is a Perl script that I modified. It assumes a var/mail unix
mailbox but could be modified. Note the dependencies needed as listed in the
script. It has one known bug if in the message body there is a blank line
then From followed by a space the message will be split.

It requires a file with the list of users to be added to the cyrus mail
store and it appends to an existing cyrus INBOX.
