I installed via SuSE .rpm:
cyrus-imap 2.0.16
cyrus-sasl 1.5.24
I seem to have a problem of authentication:
after making:
lx93: passwd cyrus
lx93: saslpasswd cyrus
then:

If I want to enter a password for a user I have the following:
