Yeah, I had just noticed I had master/service.c confused with spawn_service in master.c (don't ask :P) and I was about to reply to myself with a "never mind", but you beat me to it. However, calling fatal() from inside lmtpd (on a bad config option) is causing a sig11 somewhere. I may have to gdb it to track down the issue further... other than that, I have the support for notifymail and notifysieve complete, and tested.
