hello, It seems I have the reverse problem of Mr. Bartosh "(excuse my ignorance) auth methods". Is --with-auth=unix the correct option to configure if I want to use sasldb without pam or shadow?? If so is pwcheck required for the use of sasldb? I cannot authenticate if pwcheck is not running is this correct? also see below... Thanks in advance for any hints. Robert
