Ok: This here are some pointers:

Cyrus needs a authentication source, this could be the ldap server.

Since you got cyrus set up, and ldap set up, what you need is pointers for
the "glue between"  and for setting up ldap users.

For the first, check out the install related part on the cyrus faq
(http://cyrus-utils.sourceforge.net/faq/) espesially the part on Death by
11.

Also have a look at the exchange killer howto under the links section, and
the ldap implementation howto that you will find at linuxdoc. Also, you will
be using padl.com's migrationtools.
