WU-IMAP.

You can't do that with Cyrus: it stores its email in its own mail 
database (maildir-like folders). Only WU, AFAIK, can serve mbox files 
direct from /var/spool/mail. With Cyrus, your users will have to use 
all IMAP, all the time. This can be through a web-based interface, a 
GUI client or mutt/pine running in IMAP mode.
