I am new to this mail list and even new to cyrus! So, if I make any
no-sense question, please forgive me. ^o^
I am the admin of the email server. Today, the cyrus server was
going to shutdown for up-grade the size of the hard-disk. I did tell all
the users to log out the email account (netscape messager). While the
server was shuting down, some naughty user attempt to log in the email.
Of course, they would not get in. However, some strange behaft of they
account occured.
When I use the "quota" command to check the usage of their assigned
quota, the result was so strange. The size of their mailbox drop to
zero. Some of them ever disappeared from the result of "QUOTA" Then I
check with the cyradm. Their quota was zero, so I assigned some quota
back to them. Afterthat they can log in the account via netscape
messager, every save (un-deleted) messages are there too. Everything
just seems fine. But when I got back to cyrus "quota," their mailbox's
size was still being "ZERO."
In other words, the actual size of the mailbox is different from the
size that reconized by the cyrus!!!
Please tell me, how can I sync the actual size back to the server.
