This should've been fixed in 2.0.15. When you delete 'user.foo', all
var/imap/user/fo/foo.* files /var/imap/quota/f/foo* files are also
deleted. I'm curious what type of config you have in which the quota
file was still standing after you deleted the user's inbox.
