automatic creation of mailboxs

Hi,

I try to implement a module of webmin to create mailboxs with
cyrus.
I wanted to know how I can create a mailbox automaticaly
with the password of cyradm and yhe user in arguments.
How I can do that ?
By a tcl script ?
