Thanks again Amos, I saw the piece on config.h to enable it.  How does
one get procmail to perform lmtp delivery from inside of a recipe?  Is
there anything special to tell procmail to deliver messages using
procmail or does it use lmtp when you deliver messages from inside of
recipes once the option is turned on in config.h?
