In brief, the two web applications are intended for different audiences.

Easysieve is suited to people who are not familiar with the Cyrus sieve
system.  It offers a number of common scenarios that use the `vacation',
`keep', and `redirect' facilities, with detailed explanations of what
service each scenario provides.  Easysieve does not do mail filtering.

Websieve is suited to people who understand the concepts of the Cyrus
sieve system.  It provides an interface for constructing fairly complex
mail filters, acting on mail header fields.
