With the current Cyrus distribution, this is impossible. If you grab my
alternate namespace/hierarchy separator code from:
ftp://ftp.oceana.com/pub/cyrus-imapd-2.0.15-HIERSEP-r2.tar.gz
you'll be able to configure the server to act like Exchange (and other
servers).
This code will eventually be merged into the main branch and be released
as Cyrus 2.1. This should happen right after 2.0.16 is released
(hopefully sooner rather than later).
