It's an apples and oranges question.  IMAP servers don't talk to POPs 
servers, or anything else for that matter -- they talk to IMAP clients. 
Use an email client that talks both protocols, netscape for example, and I 
beleive microsoft's virus magnet also.  Using the email client, download 
your entire POP3 mailbox (I presume you've been reading mail with the "keep 
on server" option to your POP3 client, otherwise everything's alread 
downloaded to yoiur workstation.  Now, using that same client, connect to 
the IMAP server, and just drag between mailboxes.  You probably can log in 
to both the IMAP and POP3 servers simultaneously -- most mail clients these 
days allow multiple simultaneous accounts -- but you still have to download 
the mail into your client's local inbox before you can copy it over to your 
IMAP inbnox on the server.
