Sorry, up to now it needs a LDAP server. But it's a modular design which
heavily uses PHP classes. If you exchange the AdmLdap and Ldap class with
something that provide the same functionallity (say MySQL, PostgreSQL,
eventually NIS or a simple file based solution), it will run as well.
