Cyrus and PAMLDAP and NSSLDAP don't work well together. As far as I can
tell it's a bug in the PAM and NSS libraries. I've completely given up
on
both and plan on doing LDAP-specific solutions for each server that I am
running - not what I wanted to do, but....
