Hi, Earlyer I've posted some questions on this list in regard of
possiblities for migration mail from bsd systems and also from pst files.
Hers what I've found out so far.

pst: someone (most likley me) will have to make some kind of vb scritp to
run on the clients to move the mail.

bsdmailspool:
I had the problem that many of my users had not downloaded their mail (pop)
before I moed to the new server. Hers what I did to remedy the situation:

for each user I did:
formail -Y -s /usr/sbin/sendmail [EMAIL PROTECTED] < /var/spool/mail/user

this worked quite well.

There is a more detailed guide on how to migrate multiple folders in the
sample chapter of managing imap from oreilly. I realy advise every newbie to
read it. Beware though, I have never got a script from it to work, but the
info is usefull.

there are also suppsed to be som things in the imap-utils package from UW,
but I never got it working.
