I get your #1 a lot. Usually it's spam to a previous mail user. A message
is also sent to the spammer. Unfortunately, the spammer's address is fake,
so that reply can't be delivered, which the other ISP then reports back to
me... The result is that I (postmaster) get a message with 5 attachments
for each undeliverable spam! Sigh... Lots of wasted bandwidth.
I don't have quotas turned on, so I can't speak to #2.
