I can login to imap via the command line

However, when I log in via imap or pop Outlook/Eudora it says invalid login
Although the /var/log/messsages reports all as ok

In imap mode, I can see my list of folders in Outlook, but I can not download
or view them. I get a subscribe permission denied error. I checked the acls
and the owner can do anything on the mailbox. So what gives?
