Shared Mailboxes

Currently I have the sales people connecting to the same mailbox.  The mailbox
is set up as: user.sales.  All the marketing people use the same username and
password.  Is this ok for cyrus, or should I set up a share mailbox.  If so,
how would I do this and only let say the 20 people have access to it?
