Ok, I took a poke around, and you definitely want Net SNMP 4.2, not
4.1.anything.

   Perhaps he's using:

   http://download.sourceforge.net/net-snmp/ucd-snmp-4.1.2.tar.gz

   which is the new home for ucd-snmp.
