Hi people,

I'm a newbie to Cyrus, but I'm liking what I'm seeing sofar. I'm planning
a migration of our company mail-server to cyrus, mainly because we want to
use subfolders in imap and because we'd like some shared mailboxes without
having the associated Linux-users.

I've got the Cyrus imap daemon running, and can connect using a
workstation Imap client (Outlook Express, I know, I know, but we have
salespeople on the staff).

I'm trying to manually send some stuff to the imap inbox I have created
for myself. I can connect to the account and can see the Inbox and
subfolders I created using cyradm. I used the following to send something
to my mailbox:

cat /etc/printcap | /usr/cyrus/bin/deliver-wrapper giel
cat /etc/printcap | /usr/cyrus/bin/deliver-wrapper user.giel
cat /etc/printcap | /usr/cyrus/bin/deliver giel
cat /etc/printcap | /usr/cyrus/bin/deliver user.giel
cat /etc/printcap | /usr/cyrus/bin/deliver -m user.giel
cat /etc/printcap | /usr/cyrus/bin/deliver -m user.giel -a cyrus

But my mailbox just stays empty. I've added the
local6.* /var/log/imapd.log
auth.* /var/log/auth.log
lines to my syslogd.conf, but the logs don't show anything exciting.

I don't want to upset the currently running system by adjusting sendmail's
configuration before I know that cyrus works as exspected...

What can I do?

I'm using RedHat 7.0 with the cyrus-imapd-2.0.9-3 rpm from RawHide; the
PowerTools 7 rpm has a but that causes cygadm to bomb.

Thank you for any and all help you give me on this...
