A new one -- the imap daemon was signaled to death by 9

Hi,

I compiled and installed imapd-2.0.12 and sasl-1.5.24.  The sasl build 
includes the ldap-mysql-patch.  This is on solaris 2.7.  I bring up the 
master, the imap prefork is set to 5.  But as soon as master starts up, 
those imapd sessions are signalled to death by 9.  I've seen lots of 
stuff ignalled to death by 11, which is a segfault, but never 9 which 
is just a straight kill.  Any ideas?  I'm thoroughly confused.
