It's not an OE problem, although one of my users does use that (couldn't
affect other users could it?). I've verified that Cyrus is announcing
messages as recent when they have already been seen by telnetting to the
IMAP port and doing stuff by hand. I can't intentionally reproduce it,
but I have gotten lucky once or twice.
