Cyrus munges all 8 bit characters in headers, this patch provide the
ability to turn this behavior on (default off).
This may violate rfc's to send 8 bit characters, but is it wrong to receive
it (and not mangle the mail) ?
The authors of Cyrus have always had considerable belief in the mantra
"be liberal considered harmful". Cyrus therefore encourages people to
upgrade by rigorously enforcing the standards. The "reject8bit"
option is already a compromise.
Many things the IMAP server can be asked to do involve knowing
what the character set is, it's unclear what to do about unencoded 8
bit characters anyway.
Since the source is available, people who want to accept unencoded 8
bit characters can apply your patch.
