My configurations files and my configuration of my compilation are the same as you
described in your mail writed in the sasl mailling list :

My configuration of pam and ldap is good : I can have for example a shell via rlogin
'/etc/pam.d/rlogin'.
So, my /etc/pam.d/imap is good.
But cyrus sasl continue to use Digest-md5, cram-md5.
It run fine, but with sasldb (via saslpasswd) and not with Pam !
