I agree!

I have been strugling with installing cyrus on redhat 7.0 using RPMS or
from scratch and I have not been able to get it to work. Either master
coredumps (Program exited with code 0116.), or imapd (i think I got this
figured out, using back trace), etc.. The docs out there are not up-to-date
and facing all these issues are making me very afraid of using v2.0+ in a
production enviorment. I tried the latest rpms, after I failed to compile
the code

Currently we use cyrus v 1.5.18 or so on our production system, on redhat
kernel 2.0.36, and has about 400k accounts. We want to move a dual
processor speed server, with faster IO cards, more ram, netowkr speed etc,
so we wanted to make a nice move to 2.0 and it is incredubly tough. I am
so surprised... I never had that much touble before wit any other
software.

Is anyone using this version in production on redhat 7? and problems? I do
not want to go through all this ti find myself with a down server every
few days..

thanks in advance
adonis
