I believe an IETF committee (IMAP-EXT?) was working on a completely
separate ACL flag just for deleting folders, which would be just
grand. However, I don't think it has been finalized, and so isn't
implemented yet.

The problem with using the admin flag is that we sometimes grant the
manager of a shared folder admin rights so that they can manipulate
the member list as desired. Yes, this has meant that occasionally a
folder has been accidentally deleted. You'd think such a folder
admin would know better, but that's not always the case. If it is a
folder that receives important mail, this is a drag.

So I'd like to see this completely separate flag, and then be done
with it.
