AFAIK in cyrus 2.0x the perl scripts sieveshell.pl and 
installsieve.pl
replaced the thing you called installsieve routine. I got a 
segmentation
fault with this as well (cyrus 2.07) but im working fine with those 
two now. You
can find those scripts under /usr/local/bin for default.

correct me if im wrong about the thing
