I am trying to build IMSPD (cyrus-imspd-v1.6a3) on a Solaris box. I run configure,
and get most of the way through and then it aborts on the error: "cat: cannot open
./config.h.in". The error is reasonable since there is no such file in the
distribution. Is this a required file that's missing from the distribution, or is
this an error in the configure script?

Also worth noting, cyrus-imspd-v1.6a2 doesn't have the file either. Nor does it
generate the error. v1.6a3 appears to compile ago, even with the configure error,
but I don't know whther there's a hidden gotcha there or not.
