I started working on a sun box running cyrus (v. 1.5.14) as pop3 daemon.
The deliverdb has grown a lot (about 500 Mb), and I found out that there
was no cronjob to prune it; I put the "deliver -E" command to run weekly,
but deliveries pruning is not enough to shrink that file. I would like to
know if I can safely clear to zero the dbm files ( delivered.{ pag | dir }
), without causing damages (... there are about 4k users...), or if there
is another way to reduce them.
