Probably not. Can you mmap() I file on a Coda filesystem and will the
VM be unified across all Coda node? Probably not.
Right now, the best options seem to be use cluster software that allows
takeover of filesystems should work fine. Compaq/DEC includes Cyrus as
a standard e-mail component in Tru64 UNIX. It seems like Tru64 Cluster
supports automatic take over of failed Cyrus nodes.
