It's not that smart underneath (it tends not to use the best IMAP commands to achieve what it needs) and it doesn't support secure authentication, but it is probably the easiest for users to deal with once correctly installed. It does support SSL too, so security isn't a dead loss. Mulberry assumes a lot of knowledge on the part of the user--if your users are technically inclined, then they'll get a lot out of it.
