in redhat rpm where is installsieve?

Hi,

I am using redhat rpm cyrus-imapd-2.0.6-3,
but not able to find installsieve.
It does exist in *.src.rpm.
I am wondering anyone else has used it before.
Any help/more info on using sieve will be greatly appreciated.
