All of the code is there and functional (I know that Larry has it
running, because he tested some changes that I made for him), but there
isn't any documentation on how to set it up yet. Other than setting up
an ACAP server, and tweaking cyrus.conf to run proxyd and acappush, I
don't know what else has to be done to set it up (Larry told me that it
isn't trivial however).
