You can use sieveshell.pl in the distribution, or you can just create the
files directly. I take the latter approach. In /usr/sieve/<1st letter of
username>/<username>/ create a text file containing the rules you need, and
create a link to that named 'default'.

Vacation requires lmtp delivery to work, and also requires that the 'To'
address be included in the rule (case sensitive). See the Sieve RFC for
details. I'm not using it right now, so I don't know if there's problems in
2.0.7.
