Mulberry (<http://www.cyrusoft.com>) supports CRAM-MD5, DIGEST-MD5, NTLM,
and KERBEROS_V4 (on Mac/Win/Unix) and GSSAPI (shipping in unix only at
present). We do support LOGIN and PLAIN if its advertised, but be aware
that LOGIN and PLAIN are not secure - its simply a base64 encoding of the
ordinary clear text login, so only use it (or enable it) when SSL/TLS is in
effect (which we also support in Mulberry).
