If this is on Solaris, the best solution is to make sendmail happy
by making root the owner with 600 permissions, and then adding an
ACL to give cyrus access.  I used:

# setfacl -s u::rw-,g::---,o:---,u:cyrus:rw-,m:rw- sasldb
