Change to the dir where "Cyrus/IMAP" is there under your imap
installation and try "cyradm" command and see if it sees the
required files.
On my system I would do:
cd /usr/local/imap/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-linux
/usr/local/imap/bin/cyradm <options>
