postfix patch..?

Hey all,

        Possibly stupid question, if so sorry!  I think I got a copy of the
postfix patch, lmtp-pflocal.patch  (found on egroups archives, ugh!  ;)  But
I can 'find' no files named lmtp* in postfix, or lmtp_* in cyrus.

Any help greatly appreciated!
