Todd; Is your new circuit / IP ADDRESS provider doing a REVERSE DNS for the IP address you are now using for IMAIL? It's pretty easy to look up if you provide the IP address of the mail server for the group. Many providers automatically refuse to accept e-mail when the PTR record and REVERSE DNS addresses do not match [are not mapped] to the IP address you are using to send mail. Many circuit providers simply do not know how to map a reverse dns entry to a specific IP address on your behalf. This was the case with FOCAL communications. I fought with them for years and, when they were finally taken over by Level 3 Communications, my reverse DNS mapping suddenly appeared. [I used an IP address on a different circuit when I could not get them to properly map for me.]

I just checked the log in and got another SMTP failed (one of many). I then did an nslookup from the command for that IP and it came back immediately with a response. It seems that everything in the spool right now is from people ON my server who are trying to send messages. So something with the outbound is not working right.
