We shipped WorkgroupShare 2.3 with the IMail 10.01 release. If you haven't installed this version, that should take care of the problem. If you have already installed 10.01, you will also need to make sure the users that use Outlook 2007 have upgraded their WGS Client as well. Thanks, Tom Lewis Ipswitch, Inc. The problem only occurs in Outlook 2007. The problem is that WGS creates lots of blank appointments during synchronization. I fought a lot of little ideas and none of them panned out. I did some Googling and found that this is a known issue with WGS version 2.2 and is fixed with version 2.3.
