You have two erronous lines on the performance data commands
># 'process-service-perfdata' command definition define command{
And
># 'process-host-perfdata' command definition define command{
...should both have "define command {" on a new line.
Also ensure that there are no erroneous linebreaks in the commandline in the
command definitions.
